1. What does my voucher entitle me to?

This offer entitles the recipient to Free MOT on one Class 4 vehicle at a participating MOT centre. On completion you will be provided with a fully itemised vehicle inspection report for the vehicle.

2. How do I redeem my Free MOT?

• When you are ready to book your Free MOT, call the Take Time Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 to book your vehicle at your chosen MOT centre.
We recommend choosing a few suitable venue options, in order of preference.

• The Take Time Reservation Department phoneline is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.
Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.

• Please note, you can only book your Free MOT 1 to 28 days prior to the date of your MOT requirement. Same day appointments are not permitted.

3. Is there an expiry period relating to my Free MOT?

Your Free MOT is valid for 18 months from the date of send, the Free MOT must be booked and completed by this date.

4. Can I choose whichever MOT Centre I like?

Yes, the choice is completely yours as long as the venue is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions. Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.

5. What if I cannot find an MOT centre close by?

If there is not an MOT centre within a 30 minute drive of your property, please contact the Take Time Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 and we will endeavour to find one closer for you to use the Free MOT offer.

6. What happens if my vehicle fails its MOT?

Once your MOT is complete, the MOT centre will provide you with an itemised report on the vehicle inspection. If your vehicle fails the MOT test , you will be given the option to have the vehicle repaired at an additional charge. These costs will need to be settled directly with the MOT centre by you, the customer. This will apply for any parts and labour, also on completion you have the option of a retest. The retest will be charged at the MOT centres standard charge and will need to be settled directly with the MOT centre by you, the customer

7. Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?

Once you have chosen and booked your Free MOT, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you choose to cancel your booking your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded.

8. Can I contact the venue and book directly with them?

No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Take Time Reservations Department, any bookings made directly with the MOT Centre will not be honoured.

9. What happens when we have made the booking?

Once your booking has been initially confirmed with the Take Time Reservations Department and your chosen venue, we will send you a customer confirmation by email or post, which confirms the full booking details. We kindly ask that you take this confirmation with you and present it on arrival.
